Elizabeth Perks, DMD

Dr. Elizabeth Perks has been practicing dentistry in Florida since 1988 and has proudly served patients at her contemporary practice, Family Dental Spa of Brandon, since 2011. Known for her compassionate approach and commitment to excellence, Dr. Perks has built a reputation for delivering high-quality dental care in a welcoming and patient-centered environment.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr. Perks attended dental school from 1981 to 1987 before relocating to the United States in 1988. In 2000, she was accepted into the prestigious Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine Advanced Standing program, which admits only a select number of highly qualified international dentists each year. She graduated among the top of her class.
Dr. Perks is particularly recognized for her expertise in complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Her philosophy centers on helping patients achieve not only optimal oral health, but also renewed confidence through beautiful, healthy smiles. She believes in creating a nurturing and comfortable atmosphere where patients feel informed, respected, and genuinely cared for.

A strong advocate for continuing education, Dr. Perks regularly attends advanced dental training programs to remain current with the latest techniques, innovations, and advancements in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Perks teams up with her husband, Charles Perks, in charitable initiatives and community events. Her hobbies include attending fashion shows, theater productions, concerts, and playing tennis.
