Veneers

Staining or discoloration of the tooth

Other cosmetic dental techniques, such as teeth whitening, may not be able to correct tooth staining or discoloration in some circumstances. Even after teeth whitening, severe stains or internal tooth stains, such as tetracycline stains, may remain. Veneers can totally conceal the discoloration and restore the tooth's natural brightness.

TEETH WORN

Veneers may be an acceptable therapy to restore the form and appearance of your teeth if they have been worn down by conditions such as teeth grinding (bruxism). However, it's also crucial to address the underlying cause of worn teeth. If you grind your teeth, for example, you may require a night guard after getting veneers to safeguard your teeth.

TEETH WITH CHIPPED, BROKEN, OR IRREGULAR SHAPES

Veneers can be used to repair minor tooth chipping or breaking as long as the damage is limited to the enamel and dentin's outer layers. A dental crown and root canal therapy may be required for more serious tooth damage.
Veneers can also be used to cure and restore irregular or malformed teeth, giving you a more even and straighter smile.

GAPING OR MISALIGNMENT

Veneers can correct minor tooth misalignment and gapping. To repair these abnormalities and give you a more appealing smile, your teeth might be reduced and then covered with veneers.
Veneers, on the other hand, can only be used to correct minor misalignment and tooth gapping issues. Orthodontic treatment, such as Invisalign or braces, may be required before aesthetic treatment with veneers for more serious tooth alignment concerns.
